Overview[]

The Cultist Lair is a sub-location added in version 1.57.

The lever to enter the Cultist Lair is found in Terrapin Hideaway, behind two pine trees at X: ?, Y: 155, Z: 2000. It appears on foggy nights.

Once the player have successfully activated the lever and walked in the portal, the player is greeted with a gate, and have to avoid spotted by guards and enter the cultist lair.

Several NPCs are standing in the area, such as Quest NPCs or Story NPCs.

Hall of Whispers[]

Once the player has successfully submitted all 3 items, the player is granted an elevator to descend to Hall of Whispers.

This area is the second layer of the Cultist Lair, which contains a fishing pool with various NPCs.

After entering, the player is greeted by a green hallway filled with bookshelves and Chandliers.

In the fishing pool, every 3-8 minutes after a Cathulith Abundance ends, a Cathulid Abundance will appear which grants the player to obtain the Cathulid. The abundance lasts for 5 minutes.

Passage of Oaths[]

Once the player has successfully submitted all 3 needed items, the player is granted an elevator to descend to Passage of Oaths.

This area is the third layer of the Cultist Lair, which contains a fishing pool with several NPCs.

After entering the layer, the player will find themselves a passageway with a purple look. Vines, Leafs and Mushrooms are visible.

In the fishing pool, every 3-8 minutes after a Cathulid Abundance ends, a Cathulith Abundance will appear which grants the player to obtain the Cathulith. The abundance lasts for 5 minutes.

The Sanctum[]

This area is the fourth and last layer of the Cultist Lair, which contains a fishing pool with several NPCs.

In order to open the gate, the player needs to have all questlines finished. This also grants the player the Dreamer's Amulet.

After entering The Sanctum, the player is greeted by an area filled with several NPCs. In the middle of the area, a big fishing location takes it place.

To be able to purchase the Eidolon Rod, the player needs to rotate all 15 Obelisks. These are located at:

Once all Obelisks are turned, the player is finally granted to purchase the Eidolon Rod.

Leviathan Hunt[]

The Leviathan Hunt can be summoned by placing following fish on the pedestals:

After all fish have been placed, the player is now able to start the Leviathan Hunt and to catch the Leviathan.

There is a 10% chance to summon a Profane Leviathan instead.
