Earth Fragment

Me and my friend are trying to open ancient archives and we need two more people, one of them has to have the earth frag since it isn't spawning. Can anyone help?

I was farming for fishes in the new island and sold my entire inventory with the earth fragment I realized when I was trying to find it in my inventory it was gone, How can I get it back. PLEASE HELP ME
